A beautiful new kit from Pliscrap which translates into "Blue Flowers in the Garden" has gorgeous shades of blues and includes 20 papers, 101 elements, and 5 word art. For my layout I used one of Buttercup's "Build It Up Buttercup: Spring Fever" templates (added more elements).
