"Peggy's Sundress" from Blue Flower Art!

"Peggy's Sundress" is a fun kit with wonderful bright colors and includes 14 papers, over 25 elements, and a lower alpha. I also used her glitter brush flicks (love glitter) called "About You, About Me". For my layout I used a Queen of Hearts' template from her "Acid Rain" Set.
